I didn't manage to top up my Base number

The Base network may have been overbooked. Could you try again using the same top-up procedure as mentioned in our mail.

If the code still does not work, please contact the Base helpdesk on the free number 1999 from your mobile or on the 0486 19 1999 from a land line.

It's also possible there is an E-SIM activated on your phone. This was installed automatically by Base when you topped up on their website. As long as this option is activated on your phone, you can not top up on other websites.

You can inactivate this E-SIM by contacting the helpdesk of Base on the free number 1999 or we can refund your purchase. Therefore we need a copy of your ID and your IBAN number.
